This database produced by the Economic Court of CIS includes texts of the documents regulating its activities, judicial decisions dated 1994-2007 and a number of international legal acts relating to the Court’s organisation and activities.

The database of the Economic Court of CIS includes up-to-date versions of documents and updates regularly.

The Economic Court of CIS informs of the possibility of granting its electronic database for the free use on the contract basis (without the right of alienation of the whole database or any of its parts on paid basis) to the public authorities of the states, international organisations (integration associations), public organisations (associations) of lawyers, educational and scientific organisations and institutions, libraries.

Persons interested may acquire the database of the Economic Court (without the right of duplication) on terms of prepayment after filling this form.

The Economic Court of CIS notifies he is the legal owner of the present database pursuant to the Universal Copyright Convention adopted at Geneva September 6^th, 1952. Reproduction and the general distribution of database materials in any form may be carried out exclusively upon written consent of the Economic Court as a legal owner. Even so reference to the legal owner and source of information is imperative.

Exclusive rights to the distribution of the database on the territories of states-parties to the Commonwealth are protected by their national legislation pursuant to Agreement on cooperation in the domain of copyright and adjacent rights protection from September 24^th, 1993.
